Here is the post from two weeks ago. I thought this posted. Oops.
I take back all my smack talk from last week. I’m pretty sure I’ve gained weight this week. I worked out zero times and was ravenous most of the week. It didn’t help that I saw an In n Out and ate a burger and fries both monster style. I didn’t eat them at the same time but I’m still sure that was 5,000 points.
It appears we’re under staffed this week and I’m in line behind seven people. Maybe this is what the noon meeting is like. I didn’t get up for the 8 a.m. session, I still feel tired after this week. I’m behind a couple that is fairly thin. I wouldn’t be here if I was her size. Sure enough she’s the same weight and they tell her it’s because she’s within her range and her body probably likes it where it is. She is obviously disappointed.
I think this is just the way the noon group is. I’m going to try again for the 8 a.m. This leader doesn’t wear a mic but I think
I do gain, I’m up .6. No stickers for me. I’m going to have to make it up this week. Here’s a better goal, something I’m better able to control, I’m going to work out at least 4 times this week. I gotta make up some for last week. My travel schedule isn’t getting any easier and we don’t have a kitchen – we’re in a full force renovation. I make no promises for this coming week.

Hang in there. Work out 4 times, reach that goal. You can do it! That alone will help you do better. 🙂
Yes ma’am, I go to Thompson Lane. I haven’t used the online, but I have a two week trial that I begin next week. If you begin to come to meetings, let me know!
Working out is where I suck. For example, this week I’ve been with clients from 8:30 to 5:30 so then I have work stuff that you’d usually get done during the day at night. So, I get to bed hella late and end up never working out. However, I got to get on it. We got The Color Run in October.
